VEZTAX (PR)

DJ VEZTAX has been one of the enthusiasts sice the beginning of Slovene electronic scene. At first he was just one of the visitors but after December 1994 he also became an organizer. In search for new chalanges he moved to Amsterdam, whre he organized many parties on which took place the Slovene DJs too (DJ Umek, Gaby, etc.). In year 1997 he received a disc player as a gift and from that moment on he has been fascinated by playing the music. As a DJ he started in JazzClub Kranj and continued his career in U-Bahn, where he remained a resident DJ for a year and in this time played his sets at 42 parties. His talent and excellent taste for music opened him the way to United States of America, but nevertheless he did most of his work in Europe - Netherlands, Spain, Ireland, Austria, Croatia, Serbia, etx.

In his active career he worked with world famous DJs like DJ Umek, Luke Slater, DJ Rush Damon Wild, Jeff Mills, Blue Peter, Mitjah and others. You can also find him at every major event in Slovenia and we also cannot ignore the fact that he is excellent organizer of such events (Interparty, Fort Bourguignon, Underground Connection, etc., etc.). His tribal techno (he also plays tech house) is very well accepted at club parties where usually is over 5

people and where he most enjoys working. He says that at such parties he can really feel the contact with visitors and gives them the essence of his tribal dance and the best possible sound.

And the future?! Inspite of the fact that he could infinitely spoil his admirers with wonderful music and the best DJs, he is intrigued to produce music. Therefore we can, with certainty, soon expect his own label.
