Shinedoe's track "Phunk" that came out on her label Intacto records in 2005, and appeared on Sven Vath: "The Sounds of the Sixth Season," and I love techno Mix CD, won the Groovetrackers public prize for the best Dutch production of 2005. Groovetrackers had eight nominated EPs, out of which two of them were Shinedoe's, the second one being her "Underspell" release on Trapez label. Shinedoe was unfortunately not able to receive the award in person last Friday at the Groovetrackers' award announcement at Amsterdam's Studio 80, due her gig in Moscow, Russia. However, the Groovetrackers crew filmed their visit to her home a night before and projected the excerpts of the film at Studio 80 itself.
