It was all about Umek last Saturday. His annual Žur z razlogom (Party with the cause) attracted tens of thousands of electronic aficionados in the Ljubljana city park, where he delivered his six hour sound & light extravaganza. The test of his new sound system built on two laptops and bunch of sound modulators went perfect, so expect some new freshness in his worldwide performances later this year. The party was sponsored by local mobile operator that lunched its Second Life Arena the day before (check it out at Slovenia region on the coordinates 198, 22, 34) and Umek’s performance in Tivoli was simultaneously transmitted in the Second Life. The resident deejay of Arena is Umek’s colleague DJ Sylvain, so expect some more goodies soon... at TrickyDiscoNo1!!!
